KRAV MAGA is an Israeli Military Combat system used by the Israeli Defense forces and special units around the world like FBI, CIA, Navy seals etc. It's a combination of all the martial arts like Karate, Taekwondo, Jiu jitsu etc and focusing on street fighting/Self Defense

At Contact Combat India, we follow the International syllabus to teach Krav Maga. It has 10 levels from Warrior Level 1 to Warrior Level 10. Each class includes physical fitness, combat kickboxing and Krav Maga technique training. In each class you encounter a new situation eg: if some is trying to stab you with a knife or someone puts a gun on your head, or multiple attackers trying to push you to the ground and choke you out. We teach you how to get out of situations like these and many more.

  • Personal Training allows you to the flexibility to take classes at your convenience and preferred timing irrespective of the group class schedule
  • You can take the classes at the Academy or even at your home if that is more convenient to you. The Instructor shall come to your place at a time suitable to you
  • You can choose which Instructor you’d like to learn from the range of Instructors we have in our team according to your goals, requirements and budget
  • A Personal session is curated just for you hence your goals can be achieved much faster and with complete attention to you, your form and needs
  • A Personal session shall also focus on any (if at all) injuries or chronic pains you might have as our Instructors are specialized in injury rehabilitation


A typical Krav Maga Personal Training class is of 1 hour duration:

  • 5 mins – Warmup to get your heart rate up and increase blood flow to your muscles.
  • 10 mins – Strength & Conditioning to enhance your stamina, strength and endurance
  • 15 mins – Striking where all kinds of punches, kicks and their combinations are taught effectively to target the vulnerable points of the attacker
  • 15 mins – Technique, the major part of the class where you learn defenses against weapon attacks, hand to hand combat, multiple attacker drills and much more
  • 10 mins – Stress Drill, where the techniques are tested under pressure, also includes light sparring according to the schedule
  • 5 mins – Cool down, where class ends with a full body stretching routine to get your heart rate back to normal, relax and recover your muscles

Personal Training allows the freedom to customize the duration as well as the structure of the class according to the requirement of the client.

Sessions can be conducted either at the Academy or at your home or ONLINE or any place you’d prefer according to your convenience.


Krav Maga has 10 levels from Warrior 1 to Warrior 10. Each level takes approx 24 sessions to complete. Thus, if you are coming for 2 classes/week, it shall take you 3 months to complete. Similarly, for 3 classes/week, it shall take you 2 months to complete, and for over 3 classes/week, it shall take you less than 1 (4 classes) or 1-1.5 (7 classes) months to complete each level.

Classes can be taken as per your schedule and convenience. But we suggest that you attend at least 3-4 classes a week for better grasp on the art.

No, you can attend the class in any batch as per your convenience and package selected (2/3/unlimited sessions). Your attendance as well as techniques practiced is monitored by your instructor so you don’t miss out on the practice.

Yes each Krav Maga session burns approx. 800-1000 calories. You will also be working on your strength, stamina, agility and flexibility in the session.

Yes, the class is a combination of self defense and functional fitness training. While doing Krav Maga, you would be getting stronger and fitter while learning a new skill to defend yourself on the street.

Yes, Krav Maga is designed for everyone irrespective of age, gender, height, weight or fitness levels.

You can discuss your injury/health problem with the instructor. We havenumerous specialised plans for rehabilitation that improve your medical condition

A person becomes ready to defend himself/herself on the street by completing at least the first three levels i.e. Warrior levels 1,2 &3.

Yes we do offer 1 free trial in group class.

A Krav Maga T-shirt would be provided during registration which is mandatory in every class. Other than that you can wear anything for the lower body which you are comfortable in. We don't allow shoes while training as training is conducted barefoot on mats.

Yes, we have a nutritionist on call who will give you a proper diet consultation. (additional charges apply)

No, we make sure proper safety gear and safety precautions are undertaken during training.

1) Unlike other martial arts Krav Maga is not a sport. There are no tournaments or championships in Krav Maga. It is only based on street self defense and reality training.
2) Like MMA or Boxing, Krav Maga does not have any rules. And it's a nononsense combat system developed to win at any cost in any violent encounter.
3) Krav Maga doesn't take many years to learn unlike Karate, Taekwondo etc. It was developed during World War II to quickly teach Jews to protect themselves against the Nazis.
